Books Reading: The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson and The Illusions of Entrepreneurship by Scott Shane Favorite Quote: Confucious: "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." | | Inspirational Figures: Anyone who is brave, visionary and persistent enough to affect change for the better. Relationship Status: Very happily married for 12 years and blessed with a son Milo Ray(3). I dare to ask age ...: 42 but why lead your life by conforming to a stereotype, I still do all the things I did when I was in my 20’s, it’s just the recovery that takes longer! | | Short bio of career path: Unstructured to say the least. I parted from school early, took up HGV driving and pretty much explored the best and worst of what the world had to offer. I started agency life in ZGC after a circuitous route followed by the creation of RPM. Define your leadership style and the feel of the agency: Open, supportive and engaged. In terms of culture and feel, much of the same. Toughest challenge overcome in your career? See below. What was your defining moment at your agency? Having started as three friends and three equal partners, to having saying adieu and going it alone but never looking back. Favorite assignment completed to date? Every single piece of work, for its own unique challenges and rewarding output. Your vision of where we will all be in 10 years (non-apocalyptic) More engaged with our consumers than we have ever been and optimistically hope to be embracing a great work\life balance. Best describe your agency: A full service experiential marketing agency. Why do clients choose your agency and how have you been able to maintain such long relationships? Our strategic thinking, our output and results, our beliefs, culture and of course genuinely caring about out clients and their business. Advice for those entering into the space from college? Aim high, work hard and be true to yourself. | | | Would you like to have your profile featured? Click here to contact Erik Hauser |
